How can I contact an investor in Dubia for my business.

The brief outline is that I currently own a successful property refurbishment/development company, and I am looking to expand.
This will comprise of new build, hmo and refurbishment of Bmv land and property.
I am looking for a facility of around £1million to use as deposits to purchase with a return of 1% pm and also shares of 10% of the business profit.

I am the sole director, profits/payback would be either on resale, buy to let mortage or refinance.
